Dear Friends, The first OSHO Summer Festival , took place in Afroz Meditation center on the divine greek island of Lesvos from the 16th to 20th of august 2010 and it has been a beautiful success, people from all over the world came to meditate & celebrate.

Many therapists or meditation facilitators were there & we were lucky to have an international gathering of musicians around OSHO’s famous singer, Milarepa.

There was a very alive vibration and a strong undercurrent of OSHO’s energy was felt during the 5 days of the Festival. We had many dance events, concerts, parties and even a very good variety show with Subhuti & friends!

The center of Afroz has an amazing location : it is near the typical Greek village of Eressos,  just few minutes from the beach and the blue sea & it is surrounded by a wild green grove (Olive trees, Banian…),  it is the ideal place for meditation, celebration & vacation at the same time.

So, we decided to do the festival again !

The OSHO Summer festival 2011 will offer a rich choice of meditation events as well as a wide spectrum of workshops focusing on body, mind and emotion, so that each person can choose what suits them best. Many international therapists and meditation facilitators are invited to the whole festival. All the events are in english (possibility of translation if needed).

There will be OSHO Active Meditations and one of the daily highlight is the evening meditation (OSHO White Robe Brotherhood) where everyone can enjoy celebrating with beautiful Live music & Heart songs with Milarepa & the One Sky band and of course listening to OSHO in the outdoor buddhahall at sunset is magic !

There will be also a night mini fair offering many different kind of individual mini sessions (bodywork, reading, zen coaching, healing…)  with live music in Buddha Hall and also few special live concerts with Greek musicians and Milarepa  & friends.

There will be plenty of breaks in the schedule for participants to relax and enjoy the sea and the beautiful Erresos Beach !

About the accommodations in the center, it can be with tents, wood huts or stone houses.
Vegetarian food is served.It is good to book in advance to be sure to have the accommodation you want.
